Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop resources and execute strategic legislative activities to advance priority animal protection legislation
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects including outreach, research, and writing
- Provide in-house expertise on legislation including tracking and analysis
- Coordinate with Communications and other departments to draft, proof, and edit content on legislation

Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree with excellent law school performance
- Admission (anticipated or granted) to practice law in at least one state
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Excellent legal research and writing skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
