Expression of Interest: Short-Term Technical Consultants (Multiple Workstreams)

Core responsibilities for short-term technical consultants across multiple workstreams:

• Support climate and disaster risk analysis by reviewing existing materials, proposing practical tools for data collection and analysis, and providing remote guidance during the analysis process
• Draft climate and disaster resilience strategy documents using internal data, workshop materials, and available assessments while incorporating GEDSI considerations
• Design and facilitate partnership brokering workshops with government and civil society actors, including co-designing agendas and preparing summary outputs
• Support drafting or refining partnership agreements and engagement plans by reviewing existing content and suggesting coordination tools

This role supports strengthening climate and disaster resilience in vulnerable communities in Timor-Leste, contributing to sustainable and transformative change through evidence-based programs that align with global Sustainable Development Goals.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Experience in climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, partnership brokering, governance, or related program fields
• Strong writing skills with experience preparing practical documents for NGOs, donors, or government
• Experience in Timor-Leste or the Asia-Pacific region is preferred
• For workshop workstream, must be based in Dili, Timor-Leste
