What you will drive

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead fundraising and communications efforts, including strategy development, donor cultivation, grant writing, and aligning messaging across all public-facing materials.
  • Manage board relations and governance by collaborating on policy implementation, maintaining transparent communication, and supporting board recruitment and engagement.
  • Oversee administration and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and ensuring legal infrastructure supports global operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven nonprofit leadership experience with strong organizational and operational management skills.
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit financial management, budgeting, compliance, and governance.
  • Demonstrated fundraising experience, including securing major grants and individual gifts, with familiarity with platforms like Givebutter.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and donor-facing skills, with knowledge of climate change and commitment to addressing its impacts.
