Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for COO-led initiatives, with a primary focus on execution, documentation, and follow-through
- Maintain task trackers, action logs, and status updates across assigned workstreams
- Prepare internal documents, summaries, briefs, and drafts to support decision-making and communication
- Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and shared documentation
- Coordinate with internal team members and external partners to support assigned initiatives
- Support meeting preparation and follow-up, including agendas, notes, action items, and occasional scheduling coordination
- Assist with the preparation and organization of board or committee materials
- Support internal systems, trackers, and process documentation that improve operational clarity and consistency
