Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own the founder's operating system: inbox, calendar, priorities, and follow-through; manage personal admin including banking, leases, visas, real estate, payments; coordinate travel and podcast logistics
  • Negotiate with banks, vendors, and service providers; benchmark pricing, terms, timelines, and market standards
  • Manage projects from A to Z including contract negotiation, administrative management of personnel, accounting, reporting, and pre-screening for recruitment
  • Build scalable operating systems (processes, tools, AI, knowledge base); handle multi-country admin (France, Portugal, Spain, UAE) and ensure invoices, contracts, and documentation are tracked

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or a demanding founder
  • Strong sense of service and problem-solving ability; thrives in chaos and anticipates needs
  • AI & digital savvy with experience using tools like Notion and Airtable; execution-focused with high attention to detail
  • Project management skills; fluent English; available for travel to Dubai or Paris 2-3 times per year
