Mission

What you will drive

Executive Assistant to the India Country Director (50%):

  • Manage and seamlessly coordinate the India Country Director’s daily schedule, effectively balancing multiple, concurrent priorities across time zones
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, ensuring clear communication of preferences and timely delivery of comprehensive travel itineraries and briefing packs
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports promptly following travel, in line with organizational policies
  • Handle highly sensitive information with discretion; maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Prepare high-quality meeting briefing materials, including background research on participants and relevant strategic context
  • Attend key meetings, take detailed notes, and proactively track and follow up on action items
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required
  • Conduct basic analysis and synthesize information to support leadership decision-making

Office Administration & Support to Acumen Academy Team (50%):

  • Ensure smooth functioning of Acumen India office by liaising closely with Acumen’s managed vendors and IT service provider
  • Collaborate with other office administrators and support organization-wide IT projects, implementations, and ongoing administration
  • Coordinate logistics for visits by the Acumen CEO, President, including local transportation and domestic travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to the Acumen Academy team, including coordination of signing, printing, and stamping of agreements as required
  • Support due diligence processes for the Acumen Academy team, including collection and organization of documents from partner organizations
  • Support data verification, data collection, and integration across organizational databases and platforms

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration and providing executive support to senior leadership
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, follow through on commitments, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proven capability to coordinate vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and close collaboration with the Finance team
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High level of technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to quickly learn tools such as Slack, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
  • Solutions-oriented problem solver with sound judgment

  • Permanent authorization to work in India
