Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide strategic and proactive operational support to the CEO and play a key role in the effective functioning of the organization's operations and team culture
  • Strategically manage the CEO's time, ensuring focus on critical areas of catalyzing systems change, and coordinate executive-sponsored meetings
  • Serve as a key liaison to the Board of Directors and partner with the Senior Vice President to plan and implement organizational initiatives
  • Manage logistics for meetings and events, support the organization's office move, and act as a point of coordination between the CEO and various teams

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in executive support within a nonprofit, foundation, or public agency setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, logistics planning, and effective calendar coordination for a senior executive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to represent the organization effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a remote environment and successfully managing complex meetings and event logistics
