Executive Assistant

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for sales and fundraising across multiple asset classes, coordinating with global assistants and considering different time zones
• Schedule and manage logistics for internal firm-wide events including fund trainings, teach-ins, and launch sessions, handling technology, catering, materials, and communications
• Plan and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, special functions, and events with external and internal partners
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including document preparation, filing system management, mail handling, invoice processing, expense reports, and PowerPoint presentations

This role supports Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions in delivering alternative investment expertise to private wealth investors, helping bring timely and unique solutions to market with individual investors in mind.

• 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the financial services industry
• 4-year degree or beyond from an accredited university
• Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to create presentations and mail merges
• Experience with Concur, SharePoint, and Salesforce preferred, plus strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000, plus a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Compensation varies by geography to be market competitive and includes factors like experience, industry background, education, and designations.
