Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum event-planning support for the annual YIMBYtown conference and other WNN events
- Manage logistics for national and regional gatherings, including venue, catering, registration, and day-of coordination
- Ensure cohesive branding and narrative around events, working with local hosts and stakeholders to craft and promote clear stories
- Develop standardized operations processes, document best practices, and ensure transferability of event materials and platforms

Required qualifications:
- Significant experience organizing midsized and large in-person events, including remote planning and cross-country gatherings
- Experience managing event budgets (preferably six-figure or higher) and leading logistics management
- Commitment to racial justice and equity work with a track record of making events welcoming and accessible
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and dynamic problem-solving abilities

- Salary range: $95,840.00 - $119,800.00
