Events Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and execute donor and investor stewardship events, including small-group dinners, salons, and multi-day field visits
• Direct Blue Forest's presence at major convenings like SF Climate Week, NY Climate Week, COP, and SOCAP
• Manage company team retreat logistics including travel, accommodation, and onsite coordination
• Standardize event and travel processes across Blue Forest and establish company-wide event systems

This role creates positive change by designing and executing meaningful events that strengthen donor and investor relationships, elevate Blue Forest's thought leadership in conservation finance, and foster collaboration to accelerate ecological restoration and climate resilience for ecosystems and communities.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in event coordination and management, ideally with exposure to fundraising events or conferences
• Demonstrated experience preparing for events through attendee research, stakeholder mapping, and briefing materials development
• Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Luma) and CRM adjacent workflows
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines across multiple concurrent events

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $80k to $90k depending on experience
