Equity Compensation Principal

• Manage daily operations of the company's equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform.
• Oversee and process all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards, tax treatment, and use of the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE portal.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, tax rules, and company policies.

This role helps shape an equity experience that aligns with Via's mission of building technology that changes transportation to be more shared, dynamic, and sustainable, ultimately reducing carbon emissions and improving urban mobility.

• Hands-on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of equity vehicles (options, RSUs, ESPP) and related tax/accounting implications.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000
