Environmental Project Manager- Compliance & Permitting

• Collaborate closely with other members of the firm, listen to the client's needs, and develop solutions to meet their needs.
• Rally the project team, keep them on track, and drive projects to completion while keeping things moving when issues arise.
• Track project performance, profitability, schedule, and ensure the right resources are available to complete projects.
• Work with clients to help them develop or maintain compliance programs and build relationships through excellent project work.

This role creates positive change by helping clients develop creative solutions to complex environmental problems, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget while exceeding expectations, and contributing to environmental compliance and sustainability efforts.

• BS degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 5-12 years of direct environmental regulatory compliance experience.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for industrial, energy, and commercial clients.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff, excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and a valid driver's license.

• Salary range: $70,300.00 - $105,500.00 USD.
