Mission

What you will drive

  • Collaborate closely with other members of the firm, listen to the client's needs, and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Rally the project team, keep them on track, and drive projects to completion while keeping things moving when issues arise.
  • Track project performance, profitability, schedule, and ensure the right resources are available to complete projects.
  • Work with clients to help them develop or maintain compliance programs and build relationships through excellent project work.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BS degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
  • 5-12 years of direct environmental regulatory compliance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for industrial, energy, and commercial clients.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff, excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and a valid driver's license.
