Mission
What you will drive
- Develop, test, and scale pigment and colorant formulations across multiple food and beverage systems.
- Evaluate color stability, sensory attributes, and performance under various processing and storage conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, product, and operations) to translate lab results into commercial-ready solutions.
- Document experimental design, formulation data, and technical insights for IP and regulatory support.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in food formulation, ideally with a focus on natural or synthetic colorants (formulation testing, sensory testing, color measurement etc).
- Deep understanding of pigment chemistry, stability, and behavior in food matrices.
- Strong experimental design, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Excitement to work in a startup environment — adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with a diverse, passionate team.
