What you will drive
- Lead enterprise sales growth across existing and new accounts in the ranching industry, building relationships with key stakeholders and playing a key role in the success of existing enterprise clients.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including enterprise sales meetings, strategic account management, and expansion, while navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and collaborate on growth projects to build scalable systems for serving enterprise customers effectively.
- Act as the voice of enterprise customers within Halter, partnering with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and drive innovation that meets customer needs.

- Proven experience as an enterprise sales hunter with expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally in agriculture or related systems, including board-level influence and account expansion.
- Deep industry understanding of large-scale ranching systems, including knowledge of the language, needs, and pace of this world.
- Strong ownership, customer focus, and ability to thrive in high-pressure, ambiguous environments with autonomy and pace, bringing energy and resilience to overcome obstacles.
- Growth mindset, relentless drive to learn and improve, and comfort with strategic networking, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support Halter's scaling efforts.
