What you will drive
- Research assigned accounts/market segment to create qualified target prospect list
- Strategically prospect for new customers and partnerships through cold calls and email campaigns
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles through closure
- Achieve business goals and quota for assigned accounts by negotiating complex deals and responding to RFPs

What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of business development/sales experience in technology and solution sales
- Experience selling IoT and energy efficiency solutions to Facilities/Sustainability Managers in Manufacturing, Property Management, and Retail
- Consultative solution seller with strong interpersonal skills and persuasive value prop selling abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with consistent sales quota achievement
