Engineering Lead

• Lead and support the implementation of retro-commissioning (RCx) and energy management projects for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Review Qualified Service Provider (QSP) submissions, including reports, savings calculations, and project documentation, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with program requirements.
• Provide technical review comments and communicate findings to QSPs, utility clients, and internal stakeholders in a clear and constructive manner.
• Support the development of program materials such as calculation tools, guidebooks, and technical reference resources.

This role creates positive change by identifying, quantifying, and delivering cost-effective energy-efficiency projects that contribute to carbon reduction and clean energy solutions, helping utilities address complex environmental challenges.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy efficiency, retro-commissioning (RCx), or building systems engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration, thermal/fluid systems, and other commercial/industrial building systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear and actionable guidance for contractors, utility clients, and end customers.

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on skills, experience and qualifications. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
