What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build tools to support migrations of accounts from legacy systems to Kaluza systems
- Analyze customer data to understand user behavior and product performance, linking findings to migration plans
- Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines for daily customer migrations
- Collaborate with customers to build trust, understand needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Solid experience developing backend applications, ideally in TypeScript or willingness to learn quickly
- Background in data engineering with OLAP tools, API management tools, or data mapping techniques
- Extremely comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), especially data technologies
- Experience with database design, optimization, and maintenance (SQL or NoSQL)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with mentoring ability
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Bilingual in French and English
