**About the Role
**We’re looking for an organized, proactive and resourceful, people focused Employee Experience, Office & PA Manager to support our leadership team, run day-to-day office operations, and create an exceptional employee experience.
This hybrid role blends **personal assistance**, **office management**, and **employee experience** ownership, and is at the heart of Irregular’s operations - ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done.
**Responsibilities:**
**Executive & Administrative Support (PA Function) -**
•
Provide daily administrative support to the founders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
•
Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through.
•
Help prioritize and manage workload, deadlines, and operational tasks.
•
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
**Office Management -**
•
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a functional, welcoming, and efficient environment.
•
Manage vendors and service providers (cleaning, supplies, IT support, contractors, etc.).
•
Track office budgets, purchasing, and recurring operational expenses.
•
Coordinate company events, in-office meetings, and logistics.
•
Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards within the workspace.
**Employee Experience -**
•
Own the full employee experience lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.
•
Design and implement initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement.
•
Lead planning and execution of team-building activities, celebrations, and internal events.
•
Gather feedback from employees and propose improvements to workplace experience.
•
Support HR/Ops initiatives with internal communications and culture programs.
**Requirements**
•
3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, employee experience, or similar roles in a startup or tech environment.
•
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions oriented - **Can-do attitude** no task is too big or too small.
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting across all levels.
•
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
•
Ability to work independently and with discretion.
•
High proficiency in both Hebrew and English
•
Available to work from our Tel Aviv office, five days a week.
