Emergency Energy Specialist - Remote

Core responsibilities:

• Provide flexible customer support to customers facing emergencies via cloud-based platforms
• Provide out-of-hours coverage for an inbound phone line to assist customers during emergencies
• Work home-based with flexible hours while being part of a supportive and inspiring team

This role helps customers during energy emergencies while supporting Octopus Energy's mission to humanize customer service and disrupt the traditional energy industry.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Comfortable chatting with customers online or via phone
• Tech savvy with interest in new technologies and independent learning
• Excellent writer who can support work with helpful screenshots or videos
