Educational Consultant – Remote (Commission-based)

Core responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential students and parents via social media, community networks, or personal contacts
• Promote Shiva's Tutorials and available programs accurately
• Support onboarding of new students
• Track leads and maintain timely communication with the team
• Share updates and feedback on outreach activities

This role creates positive change by helping students access quality tutoring and empowering learners across India through personalized education, creating opportunities for growth and lifelong learning.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely
• Interest in education and helping students succeed
• Experience in outreach, student recruitment, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory
