Early Career Recruiting & Programs Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Own and execute Radiant's early careers hiring strategy across interns, new graduates, and entry level roles
• Build and manage university recruiting programs, including campus partnerships, career fairs, events, and outreach strategies
• Design, launch, and run internship and early career programs, including onboarding, programming, manager enablement, and performance cycles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for early career roles across engineering and operations functions

This role shapes Radiant's long-term talent pipeline while delivering a world-class intern and early career experience, supporting the company's mission to build portable nuclear microreactors that can provide clean power to hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, university recruiting, early careers, or talent programs
• Hands-on experience managing intern and/or early career hiring programs end-to-end
• Strong project and program management skills with ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
