Director, Project Management

Core responsibilities:

• Drive portfolio level project management by leading the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of all solar EPC projects from Notice to Proceed through completion.
• Oversee and track project schedule and financial performance, ensuring accountability among teams and managing portfolio P&L.
• Collaborate with construction management, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality field execution with schedule adherence.
• Lead Project Management teams, offering mentorship and support, setting clear goals, and fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

This role accelerates the deployment of commercial rooftop solar, which is the fastest, smartest way to build new clean power, reshaping how energy gets built in the U.S. and contributing to a sustainable energy future.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within the solar or broader EPC or energy industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing a large pipeline of projects.
• Strong understanding of solar technologies, engineering, permitting, interconnection, and utility coordination, with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
