Director of Strategy, Compliance Technology

• Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on compliance with clean energy tax credit regulations, starting with prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) compliance.
• Work closely with clients to solve tax credit compliance challenges.
• Serve as a senior expert in strategic partnerships and product development.

This role helps accelerate the energy transition by ensuring clean energy projects comply with tax credit regulations, unlocking billions in funding for clean energy projects and scaling one of the most impactful clean energy finance companies.

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in tax, tax credit compliance, tax credits, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in prevailing wage, apprenticeship, or related labor/clean energy compliance programs.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous regulatory guidance into clear strategies.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with a track record of creating high-quality customer- and executive-facing deliverables.
