Director of Strategic Partnerships

• Support Co-Executive Directors in raising $2 million annually through grant renewals and attracting new philanthropic partners
• Form new strategic partnerships that create value in the form of reach, revenue, and impact
• Project manage multi-partner initiatives, grant-funded programs, and pilots
• Collaborate with marketing to elevate the visibility of partnerships and signature initiatives funded by major donors

This role advances ASSISTments' mission by cultivating high-impact partnerships and supporting fundraising efforts that expand the reach and impact of their proven K-12 math practice and assessment platform, helping more teachers deliver high-quality feedback and data-driven instruction to students.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience, including 3-5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, and/or fundraising
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information for technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent project management skills including planning, prioritization, and managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proactive, self-starting mentality with strong relationship-building skills and strategic thinking ability

• Salary range: $115,000-$135,000
• Ability to work from anywhere in the United States with flexible work hours
