Director of Strategic Initiatives

Core responsibilities:

• Identify and lead key programs that drive innovation and long-term success of partnerships with organizations and institutions across labor, philanthropy, and the field
• Work across teams and with external partners to ensure alignment with the LIFT Fund's mission and goals
• Supervise a team of at least two staff members working on core projects outside of the grantmaking portfolio

This role drives innovation and long-term success of partnerships that support organizations and institutions working across labor and philanthropy, creating systemic change in these sectors.

Required qualifications:

• Senior leadership experience with ability to work across teams and with external partners
• Experience supervising staff and managing teams
• Experience in strategic program development and partnership management
• Knowledge of labor, philanthropy, and related fields
