Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic, operational, and programmatic leadership for all scholar-facing experiences at Point Foundation
- Design and deliver curriculum for virtual and in-person programming, including the National Leadership Conference and New Scholar Orientation
- Oversee compliance and scholar processes, ensuring exceptional scholar engagement and outcomes
- Manage external partnerships tied to program content and supervise staff responsible for scholar operations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible program leadership experience (7-10 years preferred)
- Experience designing curriculum, workshops, or leadership development programs
- Experience implementing technology-enabled systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to LGBTQ+ and ally communities and inclusive program design
