What you will drive

  • Provide strategic, operational, and programmatic leadership for all scholar-facing experiences at Point Foundation
  • Design and deliver curriculum for virtual and in-person programming, including the National Leadership Conference and New Scholar Orientation
  • Oversee compliance and scholar processes, ensuring exceptional scholar engagement and outcomes
  • Manage external partnerships tied to program content and supervise staff responsible for scholar operations

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible program leadership experience (7-10 years preferred)
  • Experience designing curriculum, workshops, or leadership development programs
  • Experience implementing technology-enabled systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to LGBTQ+ and ally communities and inclusive program design
