Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Donor Advising team, including coaching Regional Philanthropic Directors and building a collaborative team culture
- Design and drive MVP's donor advising strategy, setting standards for prospecting, forecasting, stewardship, and team coordination
- Oversee revenue forecasting and data insights, turning numbers into strategy and identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 top donors and prospects, building authentic long-term relationships and creating tailored cultivation plans

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Deep mission alignment with social movements and electoral politics, and a genuine love for donors
- A track record of success in major gifts leadership and enthusiastic, skilled people management
- Fluency with and affinity for data, and experience designing and managing systems that enable teams to do their best work
- Preferred: Multi-entity fundraising experience across 501(c)3, 501(c)4 and PAC giving, strong communication skills, and fluency with Salesforce
