What you will drive

Transform a "Personal Brand" into a "Top-Tier Media" by leading the Content Factory with creative authority to produce content that is unique, aligned with values, and makes competitors look outdated.

  • Architect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy: Build a symbiotic strategy between David Laroche's personal brand and Paradox's company brand, propose radical new formats, and define distinct editorial lines for each platform.
  • Radical Concepting & End-to-End Delivery: Take responsibility for the entire production chain, deliver on pitched concepts by hiring necessary talent, and ensure flawless execution with David as the "Actor" on set.
  • Command the Content Factory: Lead the internal content team by setting tempo, culture, and standards, provide artistic direction, and act as the final quality check.
  • Fuel the Growth Engine: Treat content as the primary acquisition channel by collaborating with the Head of Growth to produce assets designed to convert in ads, and analyze data to iterate based on feedback.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven Content Builder: Successfully grown a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views), with understanding of virality and retention mechanics.
  • Editorial Leadership: Experience managing a creative team (editors, designers) and giving feedback to elevate content quality.
  • Elite Scripting Skills: Ability to write scripts that perform, structure narratives, write hooks that stop scrolling, and keep audiences engaged for 20+ minutes.
  • Performance Fluency: Worked in environments where content drives business results (ads, launches, conversion), not just vanity metrics.
  • Language: Native/bilingual French and fluent English required.
