Director of Government Sales, Aviation & Maritime

• Lead Tomorrow.io's public-sector air and sea transport vertical globally, driving partnerships with Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs), Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), Port Authorities, and Maritime Administrations.
• Manage the end-to-end aviation and maritime sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi-year public-sector contracts, including RFPs, tenders, and donor-funded programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, lead channel and partner management, and represent Tomorrow.io at industry events worldwide.
• Work cross-functionally to tailor solutions for airspace, port, and coastal infrastructure modernization, advancing weather and ocean forecasting systems and green transport initiatives.

This role creates positive change by enabling nations, aviation, and maritime authorities to manage risk faster than the speed of weather, modernizing operations, ensuring safety, and building resilience through next-generation weather, ocean, and climate intelligence for a safer, more resilient future.

• 10+ years of government or institutional sales experience, with proven success selling to public-sector or enterprise customers, ideally in SaaS, data, or tech solutions.
• Knowledge of airspace and port operations, ICAO/IMO frameworks, and modernization programs, with experience in aviation or maritime industries highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex public tenders and donor-funded initiatives, and build strategic partnerships with government and international organizations.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus), self-motivated, strategic, execution-oriented, with strong ownership and mission focus, thriving in fast-paced environments.
