What you will drive

  • Oversee and execute daily management of accounting operations, financial systems, and internal controls
  • Serve as thought partner and financial leader to VP of Finance & Operations
  • Ensure financial integrity through timely bookkeeping, accurate reporting, compliance, and process innovation
  • Support cross-functional teams by translating financial data into insights and strengthening financial discipline

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 6+ years of non-profit accounting and finance experience
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting principles, and internal controls
  • 2+ years of experience with NetSuite
  • Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial audiences
