What you will drive
- Oversee and execute daily management of accounting operations, financial systems, and internal controls
- Serve as thought partner and financial leader to VP of Finance & Operations
- Ensure financial integrity through timely bookkeeping, accurate reporting, compliance, and process innovation
- Support cross-functional teams by translating financial data into insights and strengthening financial discipline

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of non-profit accounting and finance experience
- CPA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting principles, and internal controls
- 2+ years of experience with NetSuite
- Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial audiences
