Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and operation of effective legal technology and administrative systems to support Earthjustice's various legal programs
- Develop and implement the General Counsel's and legal teams' legal technology strategy in collaboration with IT leadership
- Support GC staff in compliance and risk management responsibilities
- Oversee a team of skilled professionals and manage vendor relationships and external service providers

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive legal operations experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a legal department or law firm
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills with demonstrated ability to use change management practices
- Tech-savvy and well-versed in legal enterprise software, tools, and applications with strong knowledge of matter management systems
- Superb project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
