Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee the design and operation of effective legal technology and administrative systems to support Earthjustice's various legal programs
- Develop and implement the General Counsel's and legal teams' legal technology strategy in collaboration with IT leadership
- Support GC staff in compliance and risk management responsibilities, including conflict-of-interest identification and ethical wall protocols
- Manage matter intelligence gathering, contract management systems, and timekeeping processes to ensure accurate data capture and reporting

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive legal operations experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a legal department or law firm
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills with superb project management abilities
- Tech-savvy and well-versed in legal enterprise software, tools, and applications, with strong knowledge of matter management systems and experience deploying AI-based legal tools
- Deep understanding of legal ethics, conflicts management, professional responsibility, and global compliance frameworks
