Director, Federal Affairs

• Develop and execute federal affairs strategies that support Form Energy's commercial and operational objectives
• Serve as a trusted advocate and representative of Form Energy with Congress, federal agencies, trade associations, and policy coalitions
• Monitor, analyze, and proactively engage on federal policy developments, translating them into clear recommendations and action plans
• Build and deepen strategic relationships across the executive and legislative branches, federal agencies, and key energy and climate stakeholders

This role advances Form Energy's mission to transform the electric grid through energy storage technology, helping build a more resilient and secure energy future while supporting clean energy adoption.

• 12+ years of federal government affairs experience, with strong preference for backgrounds in energy storage, clean energy, or related infrastructure sectors
• Direct experience working on Capitol Hill and/or within a federal agency is preferred
• Proven track record of securing meaningful legislative and regulatory outcomes for mission-driven, fast-growing companies or organizations
• Deep understanding of federal policy processes, players, and timelines—especially as they relate to climate, energy, industrial policy, and grid reliability
