Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and improve Campus Compact's employee relations and full lifecycle recruitment & onboarding practices
- Develop, implement, and evolve HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational values
- Manage HR systems including HRIS (TriNet), ATS (Greenhouse), and employee data management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and develop talent acquisition strategies for organizational growth

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in roles with similar capacity & responsibilities
- 7+ years combined experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR leadership
- Experience working in nonprofit organizations with 20+ employees
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
