What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and improve Campus Compact's employee relations and full lifecycle recruitment & onboarding practices
  • Develop, implement, and evolve HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational values
  • Manage HR systems including HRIS (TriNet), ATS (Greenhouse), and employee data management
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and develop talent acquisition strategies for organizational growth

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in roles with similar capacity & responsibilities
  • 7+ years combined experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR leadership
  • Experience working in nonprofit organizations with 20+ employees
  • Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
