Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel communications and audience acquisition strategy aligned with organizational priorities, revenue goals, and brand visibility objectives
  • Serve as lead writer and editor, personally producing and overseeing high-impact content including messaging frameworks, impact stories, digital communications, fundraising materials, and promotional assets
  • Lead NetHope's brand and messaging strategy, developing and maintaining core messaging, narrative frameworks, brand voice and visual identity standards
  • Manage and mentor the Communications Manager, oversee creative consultants, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Nine to twelve years of experience in progressively responsible communication leadership positions with proven track record in nonprofit communications and marketing
  • Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly synthesize detailed program information and prepare dynamic content
  • Strong strategic planning and brand-building abilities grounded in data-driven strategy with demonstrated success in designing and scaling audience acquisition strategies
  • Experience with nonprofit communications, knowledge of international humanitarian and development sectors, and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic global environment
