- Own and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in real estate and investment firms

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably selling to enterprise real estate or private equity clients
- Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Fluency in real estate or infrastructure finance (NPV, IRR, NOI, cap rates, etc.)
- Strong commercial instincts and creativity in structuring deals
