What you will drive
- Shape and implement the overall vision and strategy of the Built Environment Strategic Communications Hub
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing, cross-cultural team of up to 7 communications professionals
- Identify policy issues to shift via strategic interventions for maximum impact and oversee effective national campaigns
- Manage the budget, financial reporting, and stakeholder relationships

- Demonstrated expertise in climate change, built environment/housing, or energy transition
- Proven ability to build trust, alignment, and performance across culturally diverse teams and partners
- Budget management (€1M minimum), compliance, and reporting experience
