Digital Transformation Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital workflows and automated processes to improve efficiency and consistency in service operations
• Maintain and optimize SQL-based service-planning database and e-catalogue for data quality, accuracy, and reliable outputs
• Build and support API integrations that connect catalogue, planning, and reporting systems for seamless data flow
• Use AI-enabled methods to improve search quality, recommendations, and process automation

This role enhances the sustainability and efficiency of production processes globally by accelerating digital transformation of service operations, delivering automation, AI, and API-driven integrations that boost efficiency and elevate service performance.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field
• Experience in digital transformation, process automation, or smart manufacturing
• SQL skills with experience managing or enhancing data platforms
• Practical experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
• Exposure to AI-enabled digital tools and automation methods
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and ability to drive change in production or service environments
