Digital Product Manager

• Lead the development of our agricultural carbon removal platform
• Own the product roadmap for our proprietary software platform that optimizes basalt application strategies, measures carbon removal with high accuracy, and manages the entire lifecycle from farm application to carbon credit sales
• Build products that enable farmers to capture atmospheric CO2 while improving their crop yields and soil health

This role creates positive change by developing technology that removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere at a fraction of the cost of other methods while helping farmers improve crop yields and soil health through enhanced rock weathering.

• Product Management Fundamentals: Sprint management, product roadmap definition, user requirements gathering, wireframing & design, cross-functional collaboration, metrics & analytics, data systems & backend architecture
• Digital Competency: Data-driven approach with KPI definition and analysis, technical fluency with APIs and data flows, some programming experience (Java, Python, TypeScript)
• Agronomic Systems: Agricultural platform integration, crop system optimization, soil sampling workflows, partner engagement tools, farm operations integration
