Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and publish all content across multiple video platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) and weekly email newsletter (Mailchimp)
- Craft and edit copy, and produce creative assets for video platforms, email newsletter, and website (Wordpress)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Pulso's original/serialized content to measure performance of video franchises across platforms
- Report weekly data and insights using automated dashboards to enable data-driven decision making
- Build niche communities for new and existing video franchise channels on Instagram, TikTok and Youtube
- Maintain the editorial calendar in Asana and support team with general platform management and ad-hoc projects

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- At least 4 years of demonstrated experience with social media management
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or management role
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Google Drive, Slack, content schedulers
- Strong data analysis skills with proven ability to track and report metrics
- Demonstrated commitment to progressive ideals, social justice and social change through work and/or volunteer experiences
- Highly entrepreneurial and thrives in a startup digital environment
- Comfortable working remotely
