Mission
What you will drive
- Develop, manage, and implement a comprehensive digital communications strategy focused on achieving organizational mission and long-term agenda
- Create and resource effective ladders of engagement to grow supporters and expand network connections
- Supervise and mentor direct reports while driving fast-paced digital engagement in news-cycle-relevant ways
- Support communications cohort with template materials and training for implementing digital programs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years experience in digital strategy development in progressive organizing, non-profit, or advocacy environment
- Minimum 5 years experience in senior leadership role managing high-performing direct reports in progressive/grassroots organization
- Experience leading fast-paced digital programs for progressive organizing/advocacy organizations or campaigns
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to social justice, racial, gender, and economic justice with experience in social change organizing
