Mission
What you will drive
Strategic channel optimisation
- Support marketers with your channel expertise to design and deliver multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns across digital channels such as website, email, social media and paid media/search.
- Craft customer journey's which nurture new or existing prospects across the marketing funnel, increasing awareness of ERM in the marketing, encouraging engagement with marketing campaigns and with a particular focus on conversion rate optimisation.
- Build personalisation into digital channels, using both demographic and behavioural indicators of segmented audiences to improve engagement.
- Confidently leverage marketing automation and CRM data and functionality to drive more informed channel improvements.
- Leverage analytics and data to share insights to guide channel strategies.
- Support campaign teams in meeting KPIs including channel specific goals, as well as commercial lead generation to positively influence revenue generation.
Paid Media Strategy & Performance
- Own the paid media strategy across channels (search, social, display, programmatic).
- Innovate and establish ERM's digital media approach across brand awareness/equity benefits in addition to direct lead generation efforts on this channel.
- Set performance targets and KPIs, monitor results, and optimize spend.
- Manage relationships with UK-based media agencies, ensuring alignment with strategy and accountability for performance.
- Lead quarterly reviews and performance deep-dives with agency partners.
Website Optimization
- Oversee website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Collaborate with UX, analytics, and development teams to implement improvements.
- Lead the strategic improvements of the corporate website to increase the commercial performance. Leverage SEO guidance, UX best practise and optimised content to drive more people to ERM.com and convert a higher proportion of traffic to leads.
- Manage UK-based web agency to deliver strategic optimisation project and resolve business as usual issues.
Team & Performance Management
- Manage a team of 3 digital marketing professionals focused specifically on website, paid media and UX design/development.
- Support the team to achieve individual and team KPIs; conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions.
- Embody the team's collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training/upskilling initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Standardization
- Establish and maintain standardized processes, workflows, and documentation (SOPs).
- Monitor campaign delivery timelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Drive best-in-class execution across all digital marketing outputs including campaign assets, reports, automations, and performance dashboards.
Marketing Systems & Data Enablement
- Ensure consistent usage and optimization of platforms like Optimizely (CMS), Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Ad platforms such as Google, Bing, Microsoft and social media platforms.
- Review and improve lead funnel management practices in alignment with commercial goals.
- Build dashboards and reports to track channel performance.
- Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Stay current on digital trends, tools, and benchmarks.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/team lead role.
- Proven experience managing multi-functional marketing teams (e.g., paid media, email marketing, analytics, operations).
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools: Pardot/MCAE, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio/Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on project management experience with tools like Trello, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to consulting firm marketing environment.
- Ability to synthesize performance data and make strategy or process recommendations.
