Digital Health Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Synthesize cross-country learnings, shape best practices, standardize performance & implementation frameworks
• Design and maintain best-practice implementation models and playbooks, lead cross-country project execution and operational coordination
• Capture successful implementation models, operational tools, and digital transformation insights across countries and partners
• Lead cross-country projects that roll out new features, processes or pilots, manage timelines, risks, budgets and stakeholders

This role accelerates quality, performance and scale of digitally enabled community health systems, enabling governments and partners to deliver quality care to vulnerable communities' doorsteps through empowered community health workers.

Required qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in digital health, health systems strengthening, or related public health/technology roles
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country programs and complex stakeholder ecosystems
• Strong program & project management skills - comfortable with budgets, timelines, and risk management
• Familiarity with digital health tools/platforms e.g. DHIS2, CommCare, OpenMRS, or CHT and interoperability concepts
