Digital Communications Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Execute Maitripa's 20th Anniversary communications campaign across social media and the College's website
• Support communications related to the College's migration to digital delivery formats
• Implement established narrative and communications strategy through content execution, coordination, and translation
• Work collaboratively with Maitripa leadership, Graphic Designer, and webmaster to deliver campaign objectives

This role supports Maitripa College's 20th Anniversary celebration and digital transformation, helping preserve and share Buddhist wisdom traditions through modern communication channels.

Required qualifications:

• Mid-level experience in digital communications or related field
• Hands-on execution skills for content creation and coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including leadership, design, and technical staff
• Experience implementing communications strategies across social media and website platforms

This is a temporary, part-time position (20-25 hours per week for 5-6 months) with no additional benefits or compensation details provided in the posting.
