Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Process and acknowledge all gifts and grant payments, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce database
  • Provide outstanding donor stewardship and customer service, including timely communications
  • Oversee procurement process for the Development team and manage vendor contracts
  • Maintain and improve donor data quality, create reports, and manage fundraising campaigns

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years in a data support role
  • Experience with customer service databases or donor databases (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven attention to detail in data management with efficiency and efficacy
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365, Excel (including pivot tables), and communication skills
