Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our CRM, manage data entry for gifts, pledges, soft credits, and matching gifts
- Ensure timely processing of donation receipts and acknowledgments, collaborate with accounting to reconcile gifts and track revenue by program, fund, and campaign
- Research prospective donors, foundations, corporate partners, and institutional funders, maintain a prospect pipeline and track movement through cultivation and stewardship stages
- Support preparation of letters of inquiry, grant proposals, and reporting materials, assist with assembling grant attachments, impact metrics, and organizational documents

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising operations, donor relations, or related fields
- Experience with CRM or donor databases required, familiarity with matching gift platforms, corporate giving portals, or revenue reconciliation processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping, ability to synthesize information, generate reports, and track key metrics
- Strong writing and communication skills, experience with grant research or writing is a plus, ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
