Development Operations and Data Associate

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our CRM, manage data entry for gifts, pledges, soft credits, and matching gifts
• Ensure timely processing of donation receipts and acknowledgments, collaborate with accounting to reconcile gifts and track revenue by program, fund, and campaign
• Research prospective donors, foundations, corporate partners, and institutional funders, maintain a prospect pipeline and track movement through cultivation and stewardship stages
• Support preparation of letters of inquiry, grant proposals, and reporting materials, assist with assembling grant attachments, impact metrics, and organizational documents

This role supports HEAL Palestine's mission to serve children and families in Gaza by ensuring accurate donor data management and efficient fundraising operations, which directly enables the organization to provide critical humanitarian assistance.

• 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising operations, donor relations, or related fields
• Experience with CRM or donor databases required, familiarity with matching gift platforms, corporate giving portals, or revenue reconciliation processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping, ability to synthesize information, generate reports, and track key metrics
• Strong writing and communication skills, experience with grant research or writing is a plus, ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
