Mission

What you will drive

  • Execute Washington Youth Alliance's individual giving program, overseeing digital fundraising campaigns (email and SMS), donor stewardship, and day-to-day individual giving operations
  • Implement an established fundraising strategy with a focus on donor retention, monthly giving growth, and supporting a strong major gift pipeline
  • Formalize individual giving systems and establish a sustainable fundraising foundation as WYA's first full-time development hire
  • Strengthen fundraising systems, deepen donor relationships, and support long-term financial sustainability

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 2 years of nonprofit fundraising experience
  • Experience managing digital fundraising campaigns (email/SMS) with demonstrated results
  • Experience with donor database management (EveryAction preferred)
  • Understanding of donor stewardship and retention best practices and strong written communication skills for donor-facing content
