Development Manager

• Lead the strategy and execution of grant and competition applications across private, philanthropic, and government opportunities
• Manage all post-award tracking, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Monitor and maintain funder reporting schedules and master calendar of grant prospects
• Create compelling materials to secure capital for expanding community-centered EV charging solutions

This role enables the expansion of community-centered electric vehicle charging infrastructure, addressing environmental justice barriers and accelerating the transition to sustainable transportation in cities.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, campaign strategy, communications/marketing, or grant writing
• Demonstrated analytical and persuasive writing ability with superior editing and proof-reading skills
• Proven track record of developing, awarding, and managing grant, campaign, or new business opportunities
• Fluency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM/database platforms

Salary range: $80,000-$130,000 annually depending on experience
