Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the full grant lifecycle including prospecting, proposal submissions, and reporting to secure funding support
- Coordinate individual giving programs including the Director's Circle ($1K+) and annual giving below $1K
- Serve as lead administrator for donor database/CRM ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and compliance
- Generate ongoing revenue reports to inform fundraising strategy and track progress against goals

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising with focus on foundation relations and/or individual giving
- Proven experience overseeing donor database/CRM systems (e.g., Bloomerang, Salesforce, Neon)
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent professional writing and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and experience working with fundraising consultants
