Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own Open Lunar's fundraising strategy, targets, and pipelines across individual, institutional, and partnership funding
- Identify, pursue, and close major gifts, multi-year commitments, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships
- Build partnerships across space, technology, governance, climate, security, infrastructure, and adjacent sectors
- Establish and manage donor databases, tracking systems, and clear policies for fundraising operations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, sales, partnerships, or capital raising
- Proven track record closing significant gifts or deals, including six-figure and multi-year commitments
- Experience leading fundraising strategy and working peer-to-peer with senior leadership and boards
- Strong pitch development, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Alignment with Open Lunar's mission and values around cooperation, transparency, and peaceful futures
